As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training (CIT), my goal is to make EMDR feel like a natural, connected process, both for you and your clients.

My approach to EMDR has been framed and reframed by my experience working cross-culturally.
I worked in London and the UK for 10 years and saw clients from all over the world, I am now working in New Orleans with issues such as complex trauma and dissociation, generational trauma and systemic issues.
I have come to deeply value the integration of body-oriented and nature-based resources, metaphors and interweaves to make the process more accessible and tolerable each step of the way.
As a systemic therapist and consultant, Certified EAGALA facilitator and UK trained art therapist with advanced training in parts and inner child work, I aim to keep the process fluid, body-centered and collaborative.
When your client fully understands the EMDR process and the role of bi-lateral and dual-attention stimulation, they realize that they are the ones doing the reprocessing – not the therapist! This is an incredibly empowering experience for the client and rewarding for the therapist.
This gives the client a sense of control over their recovery journey and a trust in their body and minds’ ability to heal – this in itself can be a powerful reparative experience!

As a CIT I can provide 15 hours of consultation to an EMDR trained clinician who is working towards EMDR Certification. EMDR Certification applicants must obtain 20 hours of consultation on their use of EMDR with clients. The remaining 5 hours of consultation can come from our EMDRIA approved Consultant. I can provide a letter of recommendation for certification, A letter of recommendation from an EMDR Consultant is required for EMDR Certification.
I can provide specialist consultation using unique interweaves when you choose this path.

Have you completed your EMDR Basic Training?
If so, you now have a foundation from which to really grow as an EMDR Therapist. You are ready to develop the art of EMDR Therapy, learn the many nuances of it, and learn to apply those nuances to your cases. You are also ready to further weave EMDR into your existing skill set. I come from a wide variety of trainings and this gives me the opportunity to meet you where you are. I can provide specialist consultation to provide resource building tools with a trauma informed approach.
I offer video and in-person group & individual consultation to EMDR basic trained therapists who are looking to achieve greater effectiveness as an EMDR clinician, whether you are desiring to become EMDRIA certified or not.

My aim is to provide my consultees with a solid foundation, and effective, supportive consultation to take their skills to the next level.
I have advanced trauma informed training and experience in EMDR Therapy, Art Therapy and Equine Assisted Therapy using a Systemic lens.

- Applying EMDR to specific clinical issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, pre-verbal trauma, panic, grief, addictive and compulsive behaviors, and relationship problems)
EMDR CONSULTATION OPTIONS
For those who are EMDR Basic Trained and NOT looking to become EMDR Certified, individual and group consultation are self-directed continuing education for yourself and your practice (no limit, timeline, etc.).
If you ARE seeking to become an EMDR Certified Therapist via EMDRIA, I am able to provide 15 hours of the 20 required. I can then streamline you to get the last 5 hours with an Emdria approved consultant.

Individual @ $40/hour
Group @ $25 for each group
$400 for the certification package. This includes.
15 hrs. of the 20 required certification hours, including all the paperwork and letter of recommendation for certification.
I can then refer you to an EMDRIA approved Consultant. for your last 5 hours to become certified,
